Dry Bean Industry Delegation Holds Meetings in Washington DC

Fourteen USDBC members traveled to DC last week to hold meetings with the U.S. government and express critical industry priorities on both the domestic and international front. Meetings were held with Elaine Trevino, Associate Administrator of USDA’s, Foreign Agricultural Service, the U.S. agricultural team from the office of USTR’s Chief Agricultural Negotiator led by Julie Callahan, and with a number of bean state legislators.
