‘Bold Bean’ To Launch Bean CookBook

One of the most exciting new global allies we’ve connected with over the past year is Amelia Christie-Miller, founder of UK-based Bold Bean Co. Bold Bean’s stated mission is to “make you obsessed with beans,” and we’re here for it! Amelia was also a featured speaker at BeanCon24 and is changing the game when it comes increasing dry bean consumption.

The cookbook launch takes place June 29 in London and will include stakeholders and influencers from UK Culinary Society and Bean allies. USDBC plans to sponsor as we continue to strengthen this partnership. More news to come.
