GULFOOD SHOW A SUCCESS DESPITE LOWER TURNOUT

US Dry Beans at Gulfood
The annual Gulfood trade show took place February 21 – 25, 2020 right before the cancellation of most global trade events in response to the COVID 19 outbreak. USDBC once again exhibited in the USA Pulses booth within the USA pavilion. The majority of European countries exhibited within their own national pavilions. Overall, show attendance was down about 20% this year as expected given the current situation. Our representatives in attendance report that while overall foot traffic to the USA Pulses booth was down, the level of interest from those who inquired, was high. USDBC generated 205 trade leads from 57 countries. Full report and trade leads on our members only website.
