US Dry Bean Council Elects New Board Officers

The US Dry Bean Council (USDBC) has elected a new slate of officers to its Board of Directors. This election takes place every two years.

The new officers are:

President – Lynn Preator, Preator Bean Company, Burlington, Wyoming

Vice President – Deon Maasjo, Kelley Bean Company, Oakes, North Dakota

Mark Thompson – New Alliance Bean and Grain Company, Alliance, Nebraska

The officers will serve a two year term with the option to run for another two year term.

“I am excited about the future of USDBC and all of the exciting initiatives to increase dry bean consumption over the next year,” said Lynn Preator the newly elected Board President.
